Volgraad

Volgraad is known as the city of the undead. Ruled by an unknown number of quarreling liches, the city is populated entirely by various forms of undead, risen to fulfill their masters purposes. While it is by all means considered unwise for any living person to ever venture here, the liches do have unfathomable riches and powerful relics in their possession, and will reward handsomely those willing to collect items of interest from places they dare not travel.
