	At the northernmost point of the Hammersong Mountains is a 7,000 feet tall peak that has two massive metal doors, and inside the mountain is a splendid city known as Vorelisk. This city was more magically advanced than any of its modern sisters, with leagues of Vythsthyr (warforged) providing all manner of city services. Unfortunately, the mining within Vorelisk was so aggressive that eventually they awakened "the eaters", purple worms deep in the earth. For half a century, the city tried to hold the eaters back, but they were forced to take drastic action to prevent the spread of the eaters into the open world. They closed the massive doors in the mountain, and filled the city with water in 801 ~~YSK~~. Thus the city took on the name "the Rusted City", as the gates stood there closed for a thousand years, the metal slowly rusting over time. In 253 YSK, the gates were opened again by a group of heroes seeking to claim the Rod of the Radiant Dragon. After centuries of excavating, in 643 YSK displaced goblins from the Dagger Mountains settled in Vorelisk and revitalized the city.
