The son of Voxos and Fangor, Prigden is the god of tyranny. Said to be trained in the finer details of contract laws with his father and the art of vengeance from his mother. When the children were exiled from Celestia, Prigden taxed the life of the lands west of the Hammersong mountains and raised his black pyramids in the name of his own empire, Prigdenia. He enslaved the people of the lands. For this, Apotheos cursed him. Thus, Prigden became the first vampire. But Prigden was of such power that he figured out how to spread this curse to others.

Knowing the value of rebranding from his father, he began to bestow his "gift" of vampirism onto those most willing to do his bidding. He would grant them this cursed form of immortality and ability, have massive and lavish pyramids constructed for them (and slaves to run it). In 65 ASK, Prigden was trapped in the soul prison within his own greatsword by the slave Thrydd, who later founded the village of Thryddmalk after the empire fell.

He attempted to flee the exile and ascend to godhood by wearing the Vythsthyr Crown and wielding the staff of Xyn, but was thwarted by the four legendary heroes Aliah Tharsae, J'aramé Iron, Rofik Dorrim, and Kaenith Silverharp in 253 YSK. 50 years later, Prigden attempted to escape his exile from Infandus through the Annals of Arnessia, but again three noble heroes prevented this from occurring.

Emblems and holy symbols of Prigden depict the fangs of a vampire.

Prigden is Chaotic Evil.
