Between the edge of the Devilwood and the northern part of the Marrow Desert is the city of Uller. Ruled by the grey delegation - which has had more than one lich appointed in its history - this city is the one place in Yondar where all forms of necromancy are legal (though not without some regulation). The Unliving Academy is a school where students can learn the finer arts of necromancy, with corpses donated by The Parting Gift nearby. Also in Uller is the Hall of the Garroters, headquarters of the deadliest league of assassins in the realm. The Grey Pit is a stadium where fighters from all walks of life can fight (often to the death) for glory and riches.
