The plane of madness, Chaotica is where the aberrations created by the children were banished before the Exodus. The plane is said to be a place of unending oddities, even the land itself is said to possess some degree of sentience in places. The aberrations that dwell there are of such immense power that they were the first to discover interplanar travel, coming to Arnessia when they please.
