Ethereal Plane

The mist covered ethereal plane seems to spill into many of the other planes. There are said to be places across the planes that are "thin" and can lead lost travelers into the ethereal plane. One such place is known to be near Darlok, where one might find themselves in the ghost city of Darlok. An echo that ended in the ethereal plane after the city's magical destruction.
