Gron
Aurelia and Nelroth had one child, Gron, a result of Aurelia negotiating a peace during a rampage that Nelroth once inflicted upon Celestia. The god of fire, Gron was the progenitor of the orcs. Gron was said to be quick-tempered, and bitter about the abuse he suffered at the hands of his siblings. Being the son of Nelroth, the other children of Aurelia disregarded and avoided Gron at all costs, even openly chastising him for his inherent wickedness. Aurelia and Xarnath alone showed him any kindness, as he detested Prigden from their first introduction.
When Gron came to Arnessia, he burned parts of the forest and the plains in defiance of his exile, as he never practiced the forbidden magic taught to the children. His followers denounced all of the gods, save his father Nelroth, who doted on him endlessly. Claiming to be one of Gron's descendants, Grondar the terrible marched west through the Ebonwood, setting parts of the world afire in Gron's name. Some orcish historians believe that the gray plague that followed Grondar's death was in fact a curse from Gron himself for falsely claiming to be one his kin.
Emblems and holy symbols of Gron depict a tree on fire.
Gron is Neutral Evil.
