Sandman's Magic Amplifier

The magic amplifier allows a player to substitute their own Spell Save DCs in lieu of the default for any magic item they wield. Additionally, the magic amplifier grants an extra spell slot for every level spell that the wearer can cast. The amplifier is two rings, worn on opposite hands.
