Suldon is a village of Kalashtar that is rather isolated from the world. There, the Kalashtar live in harmony, souls mingling with hints of Astoria, the plane of dreams. Some of them practice psionics and are rumored to be unfathomably powerful. However, by all accounts, they are a peaceful, albeit isolated people.
