The Garrotters

Established in 237 ASK in the city of Uller, the Garroters are a league of elite assassins. They exact a heavy toll for their services, but they always get the job done. The Garroters have been known to take contracts directly from the crown throughout history, even at one point when Jarus I Vermitharr (before he was king) had Aldus II assassinated so that he could take the throne.
